Shipping policy

All orders are sent via Tracked Parcel Post and you will receive notification of dispatch and tracking number

PO Box Addresses are not accepted by the system

Please use a home or office address otherwise contact me at chelseavenz@icloud.com to personally arrange shipping for your products

We aim to dispatch parcels within 5 days of ordering, but please allow up to two weeks for dispatch in case of busy periods
